Privacy notice

This is a static site. It sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site trackers, so it collects very little about you. This notice explains what it does collect, why, on what legal basis, who processes it, and the rights you have under the GDPR.

Who is responsible

The controller for the data described here is Phi Solutions s.r.o., J. Š. Šikuru 4761/7, 036 08 Martin, Slovakia, IČO 47728361.

For a privacy request, or the full contact details, see thelegal notice orget in touch.

What we collect, why, and on what basis

Four things, no more.

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics records aggregate figures like page views and referrers. It is cookieless and does not profile you or track you across other sites. Basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in understanding how the site is used.
  • If you book a call through Cal.com, the name, email, and time you enter are used to arrange and hold it. Basis: steps taken at your request before an engagement (Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in responding.
  • If you email us, your address and whatever you write are used to read and reply. Basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in answering enquiries. We do not add you to any list.
  • Our host, Cloudflare, briefly processes standard request data, including your IP address, to serve the site and keep it secure. Basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in security and reliable operation.

Who processes it

A few providers, each acting on our behalf under a data-processing agreement:

  • Cloudflare, for hosting, security, and cookieless analytics.
  • Cal.com, for call booking, only if you use it.
  • Purelymail, our email provider, for receiving and sending mail at the odlevak.com domain.

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare, Cal.com, and Purelymail may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the safeguards in their data-processing terms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Analytics are aggregate and hold nothing that identifies you. Emails and booking details are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable record afterwards, then deleted. Server logs are short-lived, kept by our host for operational and security purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on legitimate interest, you can object at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

Complaints

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Slovak supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR),dataprotection.gov.sk.
